Scenes from the life
I thought I’d mix it up a little today and post some pictures from what I’ve been up to lately. Enjoy!
Last Friday I participated in BU’s 15th Annual Net Impact Case Competition. My team didn’t make it past the first round, but we managed to pull everything together and deliver a good presentation that we were very proud of. It was a long day, though! I got to school at 8:30 AM to start putting slides together. We gave our presentation at 3:45 PM, had dinner at 5:40 PM, and the final reception started at 9 PM. Long. Day. But it was a good experience! And since I’ll be the VP of Marketing for our Net Impact club next semester, it’s good to have a competition like this under my belt.
After recovering lost sleep on Saturday, I headed over to cheer on my cohort in our annual soccer tournament. It was a gorgeous spring evening in Boston, and we had a great turnout. We didn’t win it all, but we still placed. Go D!
Sometimes it gets a little kooky when you spend long hours collecting data for operations projects!
Well that’s it for me. I’m off to research a term paper and figure out what classes I want to take next year. Registration is tomorrow morning! Yikes!
